Team Dynamic Labs

Assessments are the easy part. We built the part that comes after.

A team takes an instrument, sees itself on one map, and walks into the next meeting with something specific enough to use. The tools around the instrument are what keep it useful six weeks later.

How do we each come across, and where will that rub? Two axes of observable behavior, four styles, the whole team on one grid, and a guide for every pairing. Best for a team that needs a shared vocabulary in an hour.

What drives how I behave, and how do I shift under pressure? A self-report of tendencies on four factors, in the vocabulary your organization may already use. Depth on one person; a second lens on the team.

What the Lab adds

Other assessments produce a team picture. We produce a team moment.

An instrument tells you where people are. Everything around it is built for the meeting after.

01

A grid that fills itself

People scan a QR code and land on the shared grid as they finish. A facilitator screen and a full-screen presentation mode for the room.

02

Reads written from your team’s own results

Read the room, Flex Brief, Team X-ray. Every number they quote is calculated from real positions; the model only writes the sentences.

03

History that stays yours

Read your results and your team’s history forever, whether or not you ever pay. Accounts never lapse.

Ground rules

Rules we publish so you can hold us to them.

The framework builds on the four-quadrant behavioral tradition begun by David Merrill and Roger Reid in the 1960s. Our items and guidance are original work, and this site is independent of any other assessment provider.

  1. 1The individual sees their own results first, always.
  2. 2Development tools are never repurposed for evaluation: hiring, promotion, or performance review.
  3. 3Raw 360 comments never go to the manager.
  4. 4Participant data is never sold to employers.
  5. 5Research-backed, or clearly labeled as not.
