Pricing

Free for one team. Paid when it grows past six.

One team of up to six, with the live grid, presentation mode, and the guides, for as long as you like. The Team plan is one price per team per year. Accounts never lapse; what you have read, you keep reading.

Always free

Whether or not you ever pay.

  • The assessment, your result, and joining a team by link or QR code
  • The live team grid, presentation mode, the interaction explorer, and the pairing guides
  • Reading your results and your team's history, and exporting what is yours, whether or not a plan is paid for
  • Practice Mode. Rehearsal is never metered.Planned

For teams

The paid boundary is the seventh person, or the insight layer.

A free team takes five invitations, not counting you, and a QR code admits the first six. The seventh person, a second retake, an insight, or the facilitator screen is where the Team plan begins. One price per team, and a team that stops paying keeps everything it can read.

For coaches and practices

Two plans, because a solo coach and a firm buy different things.

Both are priced on the teams that actually ran in a month, with seats unlimited, so a quiet month costs nothing. The team owns the data throughout, and handoff at the end is a change of who pays.

Practitioner

Planned

Priced on active teams, with unlimited seats. Nothing in a month with no active team.

Pricing is being finalized

  • Unlimited client teams; billed only for the ones that ran
  • A client roster and a session assistant that chases non-completers
  • Your logo, colours, and name on the room
  • Client handoff without a migration

Practice

Planned

Priced on active teams in bands, unlimited facilitator seats

Pricing is being finalized

  • Everything in Practitioner, shared across the firm
  • Facilitator seats, each seeing only their own teams
  • A shared template and session library
  • Full white label on your own subdomain

For organisations

For the facilitator running sessions inside one company.

An internal facilitator does not bill anyone, so we do not meter teams. Department is priced on how many people go through in a year, on one annual invoice, and is set up by hand. Enterprise is the step after it.

Department

Planned

Priced on participants a year, for one organisation. Annual, by invoice or purchase order.

Pricing is being finalized

  • For the internal facilitator running sessions for many groups of their own people
  • Unlimited groups with no size cap, and a pooled insight allowance
  • A session roster with completion, and company branding
  • Priority support with an onboarding call

Enterprise

Planned

Quoted, on company headcount

Pricing is being finalized

  • A rollout across many teams, with an org dashboard
  • SSO, org analytics, a DPA, and retention controls
  • A named contact and a service level

Questions

The ones that decide whether you trust a pricing page.

Who owns the data?
The team, from the first session. A coach funds activity; the team holds the results.
My coach set us up. Can we take it over?
Yes. It is a change of who pays. Nothing moves, nothing is exported, nothing is lost.
Do you sell participant data?
Never, and never to employers. It is one of five published ground rules.
What happens if we stop paying?
You keep reading: the grid, the history, the results, the reports. What pauses is what the plan added: the seventh person, the extra retakes, the insights, the facilitator screen. Come back whenever.
What happens at person seven?
On a free team, the seventh person is where the Team plan begins; up to six walk in on a link or a QR code. On Team, up to twenty-five walk in.
We were here before there was a price. What changes for us?
Nothing. Teams that were here before the Team plan existed keep it, permanently.
We run sessions for many groups inside one organisation.
That is the Department plan: one organisation, one annual invoice, priced on how many people go through in a year rather than on teams. Talk to us and we will set it up by hand.
Monthly or annual?
Both, from the start. Annual is the headline price; monthly is there for a team that wants to try a year one month at a time.

One team of six, the live grid, and the guides. Decide later, with your own data in front of you.
